The Data Collection Process

Measurement & Floorplan Development
Square footage is calculated using ANSI Z765-2021 standards, with LiDAR measurements verified for accuracy. Floorplans are generated with labeled rooms and consistent area classifications.
Documentation & Reporting
All collected data is organized into a structured format aligned with Uniform Property Dataset (UPD) standards. Photo sets and notes are delivered to support hybrid and desktop appraisal use.
